Applying - What to Expect
To apply for a position with us you’ll need to apply online. You’ll be asked to complete a series of short questions and have the opportunity to upload your CV.
If you don’t get chance to finish your application don’t worry. Once you’ve logged in, you can return to complete your application at a later time.
After you’ve submitted your application you’ll receive an acknowledgement within a couple of hours. Our stores will contact you directly thereafter to advise you whether you have made it to the next stage. Check your email regularly as our recruiting managers may contact you via email or phone.
Our selection processes are tailored to the role and at the very least will consist of an interview. Depending on the role you may also be asked to undertake other selection exercises such as a numerical activity, a presentation, a group discussion or role play.
Our selection methods are a two way process - whilst we will need to make sure we recruit the best person, you also need to make sure we are the right employer for you, therefore please make sure you ask us any questions during the interview process.
Documentation required at interview stage
You will be asked to bring certain documents to your interview - the details of which will be found in your invitation to interview email.
These documents will allow us to check your legal right to work in the UK and apply for Identity Checks or in some cases, Basic Criminal Records Checks through our Partner Experian. Depending on the vacancy, any offer of employment may be subject to completion of these checks.
