Customer Service Assistants
Our Customer Service Assistants play a crucial role in store in ensuring our customers keep coming back for more. From serving customers and resolving customer queries to handling stock and making sure our stores look great. You’ll be equipped with a variety of training opportunities to help you provide great customer service.

Shift Managers / Supervisors
Our Shift Managers / Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently in the Store Manager’s absence. As a Shift Manager you will spend your time working on the shop floor to deliver great customer service, but you’ll also be coaching and developing the store team, striving to increase sales and profitability and exceed store targets.

You will need previous experience in a retail environment with experience of managing or training people.
Store Managers
Our Store Managers are responsible for the running of their own store. You’re previous managerial or supervisory experience will allow you to manage and motivate store teams through coaching, managing performance and implementing changes, whilst driving sales, controlling costs, and managing operational routines.

You will need to be a natural people manager with a passion for delivering first class customer service.
Area / Regional Managers
To support our stores we also have Area and Regional Managers whose focus is on developing their people and ensuring standards are in place to grow the business.
Home News Delivery
Our Home News Delivery employees play a vital part in meeting the needs of our local customers by delivering newspapers and magazines to homes in the area daily.

If you are aged 13 or over and are looking to earn some extra cash, why not consider delivering.
Head Office
Employing over 200 people, our Head Office is located in Brownhills, Walsall and comprises of all traditional Head Office functions including IT, Finance, HR, Commercial, Store Support, Marketing and Property & Maintenance.

Distribution
To ensure our stores are stocked to meet the needs of our customers our 3 Distribution Centres are crucial to the operation. Our Distribution Centres are based in Walsall, Southampton and Wakefield and employ a range of roles including; Warehouse Operatives, Pickers, Drivers, Shift Managers / Supervisors, Warehouse Managers and Transport in addition to some administrative roles.
